Nicking chipping and fraying to cloth along edges, corners and spine with the underlying boards exposed in several spots. Moderate to heavy overall scuffing aging and soiling to covers as well. Front cover is all but separated from book and is hanging on by a few threads. Spine is cracked in several places and dedication page is separated and laid-in with a few other pages at the front starting to separate as well.
