The limitation information is on the verso of the front cover and is SIGNED by the author, David L. Brown. Jack Lonshein (1926-2015) was a noted designer and illustrator of LP jackets that included many jazz musicians of the era. This book has a discography of his work and includes many photos on glossy stock of his work. There is no indication of the publisher, but it was "Distributed by Funkadelic Record Distribution of Philadelphia, PA" and was probably published by the author who spent a number of years on the project. Original glossy pictorial paper covers with a color illustration on the front and one in b&w on the rear.
