Boards worn with paper loss especially to front boards bottom right corner. Original spine label present but cracked and chipped with title just legible. Old manuscript inscription dated 1820 to front endpaper. Endpapers original and unsplit. Light watermark to bottom right corner of first three leaves & an even paler mark to half way up on first two leaves. No loose or missing leaves. A very uncommon title.
