London: T Egerton for the War Office, 1799. 7 pages and 181 pages incorporating folding muster rolls and specimen subsistence returns. 18th Century tree calf; one hinge tender, a little minor pitting and scuffing of the covers, an unusually good copy. The principal sections deal with baggage and marches, barracks, and recruiting.

The 1792 Regulations prescribed a new drill which the Duke of York ordered to be distributed to all officers. It formed the basis of infantry movements throughout the Napoleonic Wars.
