London : Macmillan Company, 1893 Bound in green cloth with gilt decorations, all edges gilt 298 pp. 6 pp ads. Some bumping to tips and spine ends, foxing to the rear end paper and last two leaves of ads, front tissue guard darkened with first few leaves having minor foxing, first few leaves bumped. An otherwise fine, largely unread copy.

Donohue, Henneberry & Co. Large mustard colored book with gilt and black decorations, 540 pp. This is a good solid copy with tight hinges and clean, lightly tanned paper. Three spots of finger soil on the title page. Better than usually found condition as the size and weight usually results in weak hinges and shaking. Howes c245

Harcourt, Brace, 1942 Stated first edition with old bookseller's pencil notations on front endpaper, otherwise no name, bookplate, etc. Jacket has some rubbing at extremities, minor chips to spine extrmities and rear white panel has darkened somewhat. Very good copy in a good to very good jacket.

Monroe Book Co Bound in mustard colored cloth, [1897], 556 pp. Pages are clean and white, covers heavily rubbed, missing the front colored folding map with the other map present and in nice condition, shaken. A good reading copy.

Christie's, 2000 Christie's Auction catalog of 288 pages, heavily illustrated. No prices realized list. Bumped corner, very good.

Southeby's, 1985 Catalog for the September 20th and 21st auctions. Price list included. Corner crease to back cover, else very good. Heavy catalog so extra shippin charges may apply.

1956 Bound in blue leatherette with white titles. Laid in is a basic training certificate of training and typewritten motto and history of the regiment.

Scribner's, 1905 Bound in mustard colored cloth with red, black and gilt decorations, 329 pp., "published October, 1905". This copy with spine somewhat rubbed and darkened, modest wear at spine extremities, and a spot of paint at t he bottom of the front cover. A good to very good copy.

Doubleday, Doran, 1932 Bound in black cloth with gilt spine titles, top edge stained green, 325 pp.,first edition stated. Book is the slightest bit cocked and there is a name in ink on half title page, otherwise fine.

New York: F M Buckles & Co., 1899 Bound in dark green cloth with black borders and gilt titles, 240 pp. There are touches of wear at tips and a small spot of finger soil on the first page of text , otherwise a fine mostly unread book.

London : University of London, 1966 Bound in yellow wraps with black titles, color frontis, 49 pp plus 20 plates. Book is unread, with a touch of rubbing on the back cover and a faint 1/2" crease on the front, no doubt from its printing.
