Two small pieces of cloth missing, one on the edge of the back cover and one at the back of the cover near the spine. Both holes are about 1/4 in. in diameter.

Bumping, rubbing and fraying to the book spine and book edges with underlying board again visible. Shelfwear to both the top and bottom book edges and there is a small area to the rear top book edge in which the underlying board is visible. Heavy browning and foxing to the paper edges. Published in May, 1911, this book is in good condition. Bumping to head and base of spine, some shelf wear, slight discoloring to exterior, deckled edges, slight cant to spine, slight foxing, gift inscription on FFEP, text is remarkably clean. Very nice old book.
