Rubbing and minor wear to boards. A couple of small areas on the front boards what have a brown substance, almost like a wax. This may be removable with a sharp object. I'll let the new owner of the book do that. Small area on the back board that appears like something was on it and left a white stain. The boards are in Good to Fair condition.
