New York: G. P. Putnam's Sons, 1987. 1st. Fine. First edition, first printing with full number line. Unclipped dust jacket showing a little shelf wear, but minimal and no tears. Covers are dark green with a black spine. Author's signature embossed on the front cover. Author, title, and publisher in gold color on spine. Long fore edge has a bump to a few pages, otherwise in nearly new condition with tight binding and may not have been read. Pages are clean and clear.
