About This Item

N.p.: Verleih Filmwelt, 1979. Vintage German A1 poster for the 1979 film.

Documentary by famed German gay activist and filmmaker Rosa von Praunheim, about the ill-conceived and short lived "Death" magazine, founded by "Screw" magazine founder and publisher Al Goldstein. Goldstein, who reveled in his sleaze image, launched his most outrageous publication, "Death" magazine, in 1979, but a tasteless, squalid magazine on the subject was a hard sell, and folded after four issues.

23.5 x 33.25 inches. Folded, as issued. Near Fine.
