The introduction is very interesting, and necessary to fully enjoy the main story. The added on "part two - Letter of the Recording Angel" is only 4 pages long, but is in my opinion much more fun to read than the main body of the book. I was waylaying my roommates, calling my parents, and otherwise buttonholing everyone within arm's reach in order to share this treasure.
