The author cites specific cases in relation to the diseases and their pathology/surgical treatments. GOOD condition. Heavy scuffing and moderate fading to the covers. Minor soiling. Extremities bumped and scuffed. Several ownership signatures and owner's stamps in the interior. Minor dampstaining to the lower corners of the first few pages. Scattered foxing in the interior.
