About This Item
Sherratt & Hughes, 1908, large 4to, pp. (16), 307, numerous illustrations including four photogravures. Original cloth. The plate at page 1 has come loose at some time and been put back in using sellotape which has left a slight mark down the inner margin. This tape has been removed and the plate neatly re-fixed. Owner's very small neat details at head of title. Overall a very good, clean and sound copy. The hall is best known for preserving the skull of the 17th Century Martyr Edward Ambrose Barlow.
