First Edition, presumed first American printing of this scarce book. .Book is in excellent condition. Cover is like new except for shading oon inside of the back covers (from the dj flaps). High quality deckled edge pages are without tears, folds, marks or foxing. Binding is tight. Dj has wear around edges and corners, dhipping and small tears and two pieces of the dj have been torn-out. (see photos.)
