Cody: The Cody Club, 1930. Single sheet brochure folded to 22 x 10cm, 12 panels in total, printed on both sides. Photos, map, cover illustration in color. Some rubbing and wear to front and rear panels, else clean. Advertising brochure ca. 1930, for Cody, Wyoming. Includes information on the town and surrounding towns, wildlife, lodging, Shoshone Dam and reservoir, Buffalo Bill Campground, and more. The Photo of the Shoshone Dam is dated 1921, and that of the Hayden Arch, 1925. Margaret Hayden of the U. S. Forest Service and Publicity Director of the Cody Club, oversaw spending to improve the Cody Road to Yellowstone, called "The Most Scenic Seventy Miles in the World," in 1926, bettering the route for automobile travel. Scarce, with two copies of this particular publication located by Worldcat.
