Originally with paper wrappers, this copy has been bound into card boards with a cloth spine, hence it is now a durable reading copy. The original front wrapper has been pasted to the front card. Lacking the rear wrapper. Page edges trimmed a little during rebinding. Page dimensions: 204 x 132mm. [Reference: c.f. Livingston 36].; 8vo .
