Description:
Cambridge University Press, 2002. Hardcover. Fine. Unused and in excellent condition. Synopsis The book examines circuit court decision making on issues not clearly covered by existing precedents. Hardback. New. This book, first published in 2002, asks how federal court judges decide cases when faced with unsettled law issues.
