About This Item

Harper and Row; USA, 1974. Hardcover with dustjacket. First Edition is not stated, but this is an early printing indicated by the 1174 on the lower left side of the front flap. The poem on page 50 is titled "The Gypsies Are Coming" while later editions had "The Goonies Are Coming" as the title. There is no price on the flap on this particular copy.

Notes on Condition: This book shows some wear. The dust jacket has some tears on both the back and the front panels and a damaged spot where the protective film is coming off on the front panel. The board on the back cover has been bumped at one point and has a crease. The front paste down end paper has some writing from the previous owner and the foot edge also has some markings. The pages are in good condition overall with a few minor markings and a few stains. There are no tears or folded corners in the book.
