About This Item
Garden City: Doubleday & Co., 1982. First edition. Inexplicably scarce 4th book by the author of the award-winning time-travel novel REPLAY. Set in Louisiana where 2 journalists uncover a Russian plot to rule the world using telepathy-inducing drugs as a means of mind control. (The book seems to have been roundly panned, perhaps explaining its scarcity.) 8vo gilt-stamped quarter cloth with pink paper boards; 302 pages. Remainder spray to bottom page edges otherwise near fine lacking dust jacket.
