Signed by Lawson to title page. One of the longest serving Chancellors of the Exchequer (1983 to 1989) of the C20th and a key player in the Thatcherite revolution. With a stamp to flyleaf, 'Supplied by the Civil Service College.' In unclipped dust wrapper. Slight waviness to pages, finger soil to lower page tips, edgewear and minor edge creases to jacket. Still a sound, firm copy, binding tight. Signed copies are uncommon.
