The body of the book appears to have been never read. 152 pages including index, illustrated. "In 1975 the Sex Discrimination Act became law and women who wanted to ride in steeplechases saw no reason why the Act should not be applied to help them do so. Once accepted, it was not long before women (jockeys) were not only competing in, but also winning, races" (front flap)
