About This Item
First Edition/Presentation Copy (apparently never presented); A Near Fine book in a Very Good dust jacket. An outstanding copy of this hard to find title; this edition printed in 1950, includes the 2nd edition of Volume 1 and the 1st Edition of Volume 2; a presentation copy but the presentee line is blank. This copy is in near fine condition with only light rubbing to the edges, a couple of small areas of faint soiling, and a small tear to the bottom of the Contents page (p.5), else fine. Housed in a clean, crisp, and bright very good dust jacket that shows some light rubbing around the edges with a few tiny closed tears, a couple of chipped corners, and two pieces of tape repair to the verso (invisible externally). Overall, a highly presentable copy of a hard to find book. Will ship carefully wrapped in a sturdy box.
