[6], vii-xvii, [3], 3-544, [6] pp. Brown cloth with gold and orange lettering on the spine. Title page printed in brown and black. Price of $15.00 on the front flap of the dust jacket. A history of twentieth-century Germany, as seen from Arnold Brecht, a long-time politician until Hitler removed him from office in 1933. The book has a few owner's markings in it and a faint odor of tobacco to the leaves, a few leaves have a paperclip impression.
