A later edition of Pioneering in New Guinea with more illustrations. This volume contains sketches of travel and labours in New Guinea during the years 1878 to 1886. With seven plates in total, including the frontispiece.Collated, complete. Undated, dated from Jisc. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart with some bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities and light marks to the boards. With a bookplate to the front pastedown, dated 1905. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages. Very Good
