2007 large format hardcover as pictured. The "highly anticipated reprint of the artist's monograph that is still is considered the most comprehensive presentation of Avery's work". Included are many pieces from the early 1920s to 1963 presented in oversize color plates as well as a detailed chronology of the artist's life with several essays that explore Avery's career in detail and an extensive bibliography. Binding is firm. White cloth boards with deep blue stamping show light edge wear. Endpapers and text appear clean and unmarked. Dust jacket is rubbed, scuffed and lightly soiled.
