Antique Hardcover Book with Rare Dust Jacket

The rare jacket is in good minus condition with edge wear, tears and tape. The jacket is now protected with a removable Mylar cover. The hardcover book is in good to good minus condition, free from rips, tears, bends, and writing. The book has been hand signed, inscribed and dated by the author on the title page in black ink. All black and white illustrations are present. There are a couple of minor stains on the end pages. The boards are in good condition with minimal to no wear. The binding is tight and square.
