New York and London: Harper & Brothers, 1924. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 368, 365pp. Blue cloth, gilt lettering, top edges gilt, includes slipcase, frontispiece in both volumes. Both volumes in very good condition, publisher's spine lettering worn. Slipcase is moderately worn and damstained, but square and tight.
