Bound in a square Imperial octavo hardcover format, bound in a blue linen cloth over boards, slight ding to bottom front edge. Bright and shiny dust jacket, illustrated, moderately worn along edges, interior top edge tape-repaired neatly. 764 pp. including a full and complete bibliography, with notes and index. Long range (585-764 pp.) of glossy black-and-white illustrations.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards.
