With an introduction by Robert L. Shurter and a preface & postscript by the author; as well as a bibliography. --- In Toledano spine 8 / blue cloth / gilt titling on burgundy spine & cover blocks / red topstain / grey Kent endpapers / volume lacks the dust jacket. Likely published c.1951-63 (1951 date appears in the book).
