About This Item
New York: Ace Books, 1964. Pictorial wrappers. Near Fine. A gorgeous copy of the 1st appearance with William Burroughs's real name (instead of the pseudonymous William Lee) to appear as the author. Even though 1953 is stated as the publishing date of this actual 2nd issue of "Junkie", we know, based on the apperance of a zip code in the publisher's address, that in point of fact this edition was published in 1964. Crisp, clean and easily Near Fine, while legitimately bordering on pristine.
