Including 10 fold-out maps and landscapes. 6 plates in colour, 4 fold-out maps in colour. Two plates are numbered 36, one in Roman and the other in Arabic numerals. Some plates appear out of order, but are present. Plate count follows: 2 – 14, 17, 15, 16, 18 – 25, 27 – 31, 33, 32, XXXVI, 36 - 40, 26, 43, 41, 42, 44, 46, 45, 47 – 49, 34, 35.
