Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey: Prentice-Hall, Inc., 1975. 8vo, 9.25 x 6.5, x + 566 pages. Hardcover in green cloth with silver stamping. Short tear at the bottom of the spine where it attaches to the front cover. Dust cover is chipped on the edges with a detached front flap. Volume was damaged a bit by flooding incidental to Hurricane Sandy, manifest in wrinkling of pages at the lower end of the book block. Otherwise, the interior is unmarked and mostly bright.
