Hardcover. ix, 177p., cloth-covered boards, illus., boards stained, front hinge starting, previous owner's bookplate on front pastedown endpaper, small splash stain on fore-edge, else good later printing. No dust jacket. Children's book inspired by the author's time in Tahiti. Biddle was an artist and muralist who played a major role in establishing the Federal Arts Project.
