Bretz was an American lawyer and politician who served two terms as a U.S. Representative from Indiana from 1891-1895. Cloth bound in mustard with a brown band and brown & red jester decoration, gilt detail and lettering. Some wear on edges and tips, age soil and scuff. No other markings. Eli Perkins is the pseudonym of Melville Landon. ; 8vo .
