Heavy paper wraps in metal spiral binding; front cover illustrated with photograph of the Taconic Parkway. Overall moderate wear to wraps, lower 2" of front cover detached from spirals, small tear to corner of front cover, mostly small bends to corners and text pages,, old staining to covers and lower edges of first 20 pages, text block intact, clean, map colors bright, binding secure. Comprehensive presentation of Westchester "the richest and most beautiful County in the world" (page 2) as it was circa 1940, with 12 full page color annotated maps, many photographs of residential buildings, schools, private homes, parks, historic sites,roads, advertising material, indices and more.
