Boston: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1947. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. First edition, 10th printing (1948?). Red cloth boards stamped in black. Light fraying at foot of spine. Previous owner's address label in upper corner of ffep, otherwise the interior is very clean, unmarked. Front flap of dust jacket show a $3.25 price with a '48' below it. DJ has some closed tears and a little chipping; some tape repairs on reverse; in a new archival mylar sleeve. 47 pages.
Synopsis
After escaping from the zoo, Curious George tries his hand at a number of jobs. As usual, his curiousity gets him into and out of trouble, and in the end he winds up a star.
