This is the first American printing by Pantheon/Random 1966. Very good hardcover with a very good dust jacket. Binding is tight, sturdy, and square. Black cloth boards have very light wear, light sunning at head of spine; gold gilt titling and red stamped print on spine is clear and bold. Light age toning to pages. Text is very good throughout.
