About This Item
This scarce periodical is an hilarious spoof of the Roycrofters and the Philistine. It was originally published in the Chicago Tribune by Bert Leston Taylor and then later done into this book and published for the Boy Grafters by William S. Lord. Bound in the same size, format and appearance as a copy of the Philistine each page is a parody of Elbert Hubbard and the Roycrofters. A near fine copy, about 25 pages printed in red and black. "Art is Long--Why not hair?" Fra McGinnis
