A nice clean copy with firm binding, intact hinges and square spine. Ribbon book-marker bound in. No marks. A bit of binder's glue showing at top front corner. Unclipped dustjacket showing some surface wear, fading at spine and a little edge-creasing, but no chips or tears. Small spot inside at spine not showing from outside. Label on back panel.

Dual language Spanish/Engish. A nice copy with firm binding, though opening widely; intact hinges; and square spine. A little wear to the double-page photo spreads at the crease. Mild bump to top back corner. Some wear to covers. Unclipped dustjacket has some wear to extremities, but no chips or tears.

A few pencil marks on the index pages, but no marks to the score. Minor cover wear.

Gift inscription in ink on half-title dated "Xmas 1947." Fair only. No marks to text. The staples are holding the pages securely, although the attachment to the cover is tenuous. Dustjacket and card covers are heavily worn--partly worn through at the spine and fore-edges. A 1 1/2" tear to the DJ on the front panel. Front DJ flap is glued to the cover. There is creasing to cover and pages, and miscellaneous stains, but pages are mostly clean, though with fore-edge soil.
