The story was included in Rankin's short story collection published in 2015 entitled "The Beat Goes On". The proceeds from the initial sale of this work were donated to SNIP, a parent-led voluntary organisation based at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Edinburgh.

This copy has notable provenance being from the Library of the late William St Clair FBA, FRSL (1937-2021). William St Clair, was an esteemed Author and Historian, whose primary research interests included the history of books, ancient Greece and biography.
