An excellent copy of a rare naval dictionary, preceding Falconer's Universal Dictionary of the Marine by nearly twenty years. ESTC T131269. Note Lambart was an Irishman with a long career in the British Army, reaching the rank of Lieutenant General, and holding his commission until the end of his life.
