The cloth is bright red, showing some wrinkling due to the gluing process, corners are lightly bumped, name to ffep, and front hinge has a crack line.. Best known for " A Dog of Flanders" this was published later in her career. A nice Art Nouveau image a stream adorns the cover.

The adventures of twin orphans Coco and Concha, and Dido the elf beautifully illustrated by Guatemalan Muralist Carlos Merida. The front endpapers are illustrated, but the rear endpapers aren't.
