London: Macmillan & Co., Limited, 1928. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Fair. 7.75" Tall. T. Sturge-Moore (binding). One of 2,000 copies of the first printing in majority of original dust-jacket, attractively decorated by T. Sturge-Moore. Copyright page and a few of the final gatherings un-opened. Gilt decoration bright, a few trivial surface-marks and minor edge-wear. Contents clean but for a few browned spots & age-toning. No previous owner marks. Final few leaves with shallow crease. Spine of jacket missing, provided in facsimile. Closed tears & chips of loss to extremities, held together within removable protective dust-jacket sleeve. 19.8cm tall. [Please let us know in advance if inspection on-site is required.]
