A 8x10 photograph of the artwork What is Truth by the prolific Scottish/German artist, illustrator and author, Edith Simon. The photograph has been hand-signed by Edith Simon in the border, lower right. Photographer's label to verso (Antonia Reeve - the artist's daughter) with reference number, title and artist name. An extraordinary item of Italian (and world) football memorabilia, being a Team Photograph Postcard of the 1950's Gre-Ni-Lo, Scudetto-winning AC Milan, which has been signed by every member of the team. The signatures were obtained by team member Gunnar Nordahl at a reunion dinner in the 1970's. The card measures approximately 15cm x 11cm and has been signed by Buffon, Silvestre, Foglia, Annovazzi, Tognon, Bonomi, Gren, Liedholm, Burini, Nordahl and Renosto. Bonomi's signature is smudged a little but the rest (ink & biro) are clear. The card itself is in Fine condition. Provenance: from the Estate of Gunnar Nordahl

In 2005 Philip Pullman and the Japanese illustrator Ryoji Arai were jointly awarded the Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award, an annual prize issued by the Swedish Government for achievements in the field of Children's literature. To mark the occasion of the prize-giving ceremony this A-4 sized, unpaginated, (14 pages of text including the inside of the covers) with a few critical notes and select bibliographies of both. A nice item in As New condition.

No Binding. Very Good. An A4-sized fan letter written to the author requesting that Clark sign some enclosed cards. Higgins-Clark has added a hand-written message to the bottom of the letter thanking the fan for her attention and advising that she "looks forward to signing in London again - possibly next June". Kind of sounds like she did not comply with the request but at least the fan received this nice note in the author's hand. Not dated. VG clean condition, pencil notes to verso and very small water-mark to bottom corner of verso, the letter is folded twice.
