Long Island, NY: Hampton Press, 1949. Wraps. Good. Illustrated wraps. 45 pp. Black and white photos and illustrations throughout. A program guide to auto road races held in June of 1949. The Bridgehampton Road Races were first held on public roads from 1915 to 1921, with the races revived again starting in 1949. The Bridgehampton Road Races Corporation was then formed, creating a private road circuit where races were held again, starting in 1957. This program is presumably for some of the first of the revived road racing, and features biographies of the various drivers, as well as photos and descriptions of the cars being used in the races.
