For a library book this appears either as if not circulated much or else handled by extremely careful readers. Illustrated with 460 b/w examples of cover art. First published in German in 1969. Text is side by side in English/German/French. There are examples of this specialized form of graphic art in this book by artists from ten countries. Oversized, 3.5". ; Ex-Lib; B&W Photographs; 8 3/4 x 11; 150 pages; Cover has some edge wear and bumping; this is an ex-library book with the typical markings, pocket on front end paper. DJ is in a myler cover, which is taped to the book. All of the rubbing/scuffing appears to be on the myler; shallow bumping at top of spine. .
