Binding tight and appears little read; no annotation or inscriptions; page-ends darkened with slight foxing here and there but text and illustrations bright and clear throughout. Not an old library book.

This is the work of English poet, nature writer and critic Rosamund Marriott Watson, who early in her career wrote under the pseudonyms Graham R. Tomson and Rushworth Armytage.
