There is brief pencil marginalia on p. 50 and 51, and a contemporary bookplate on the front pastedown. Blanks on bookplate are not filled in. Facsimile no. 2 of the hypocephalus is missing its top half. The remaining, bottom half is torn in several places. The bookplate's poetic care instructions begin, If it is borrowed by a friend, Right welcome shall he be, To read, to study, not to lend, But to return to me.

Overall, very good copy with no writing. Very scarce. The Pearl of Great Price is considered one of the four standard works of the Mormon Church.
