Includes a foreword by Chamberlain and an index. Portfolio little spotted, slightly worn at edges and ends of spine, plates faintly yellowed at edges. One plate (xiv) slightly chipped at one corner. A VG set. Chamberlain joined the American Field Service Ambulance Corps in France during WWI and stayed in Europe to sketch after the end of the war in 1918.
