Self Published, Chicago, 1925. First Edition. Cloth. Very Good/No Dust Jacket. 233pp; Leon Pescheret was born in England in 1892. He later came to America in 1910 and studied interior design at the Art Institute of Chicago. He supervised many interior design projects in the midwest in the 1920's, and began designing and making etchings. Chicago: Privately Published, 1925. First edition, privately published by the Pescherets in 1925. Bound copy with maroon cloth boards with gilt front and spine. Very Good with light wear and soiling to boards. Unmarked copy. Leon Pescheret studied interior decorating at the Art Institute of Chicago and became an instructor of interior design in 1919 and published this volume privately before its later appearance of publication by the Academy of Applied Interior Decorating who issued this text in loose leaf binders for the use of student instructional materials.
