UK: James Cond Ltd, 1930. Pictorial Hard Card Cover. Very Good. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Type: Book 96pp. Gorgeous views of the new Grosvenor House Hotel by the Stewart Knock Studio and Milner Gray, as well as scenes from Hyde Park and environs. Very nice ads as well, related to the furnishings and fittings of the new hotel. The new hotel was designed by Lutyens, and rooms in the Grosvenor House reflect the "moderne" style, derivative of Art Deco. Quite a nice copy with light general wear to edges of covers, light soiling and rubbing to covers, light age tanning to edges of interior pages, else excllent example. Binding solid, covers interior clean and unmarked. just a bit of shelfwear.Photo scan available upon request. Books sold to the USA are shipped USPS out of Champlain NY.
