Type: Book 96pp. Gorgeous views of the new Grosvenor House Hotel by the Stewart Knock Studio and Milner Gray, as well as scenes from Hyde Park and environs. Very nice ads as well, related to the furnishings and fittings of the new hotel. The new hotel was designed by Lutyens, and rooms in the Grosvenor House reflect the "moderne" style, derivative of Art Deco. Quite a nice copy with light general wear to edges of covers, light soiling and rubbing to covers, light age tanning to edges of interior pages, else excllent example. The latter two-thirds of the catalogue contains beautifully illustrated color advertisement of mostly local products and services. The interior is absolutely stunning.
